At Non Typical, we continue to experience unprecedented growth and are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service/Call Center manager. Candidates must have 3 or more years of experience setting up and managing a customer service call center. The responsibilities of this position include: maintaining our FAQ/Knowledge Base system, hiring and training staff, plus other duties associated with customer service.
Non Typical is located in Park Falls, Wisconsin, in the heart of Wisconsin’s northern forest. With hundreds of thousands of acres of public hunting land and hundreds of lakes and rivers, the communities of Park Falls, Phillips, Winter, Woodruff, and Minocqua are an outdoorsman’s paradise. Outdoor activities in the area include deer, bear, grouse, and duck hunting as well as musky, walleye, bass, and pan-fish fishing. Family activities include hunting, fishing, swimming, skiing, camping, ATV riding, snowmobiling, and virtually all outdoor activities. Cross country ski trails are close by and the area is less than an hour's drive from Michigan’s famous downhill ski resorts.
Area hunters consistently harvest P&Y class whitetails and an occasional B&C buck – generally at least one B&C class deer every year or so. A recent survey by QDMA has Price County listed as one of the top 50 counties in the country for trophy whitetails (source: 2000 edition of QDMA poster).
